Police rush to Northolt after male found with slash injuries

A male was rushed to hospital with slash injuries yesterday after an incident that is believed to have happened in Northolt Park.

Concerned members of the public suspected there had been a stabbing and took to the Harrow Online Group to post about the incident.

One person said: “It’s very sad things like this is happening. Some kids seem to have no boundaries … why are they hanging around in parks at that time of night /morning is beyond me..”

Another person said: “Thats another 2 families that will never be the same again due to a split second reaction. This generation is ruined and as a parent thats a truly scary thought.”

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called by London Ambulance Service (LAS) to Dabbs Hill Lane, Northolt, at 16.14hrs on Saturday, 5 September to a report of an injured male.

“Officers attended. A male was found with slash injuries. He was treated at the scene before being taken to hospital.

“His condition has been assessed as non life-threatening. There have been no arrests. Enquiries continue.”
