Police were called after fireworks were let off from St Anns shopping centre on College Road, Harrow last night (October 31).
The incident happened last night at around 8:30pm, just shortly after it had been announced that a new national lockdown will start on Thursday.
It followed our report that Police attended Greenford Broadway armed with batons and shields as fireworks were launched at moving traffic.
The news comes as the cancellation of organised displays have been announced due to social distancing rules imposed to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, and with lockdown in place over Guy Fawkes and Diwali.
