The incident happened at the Broadway near Dane Road at around 6.40pm on August 21.
Officers were called to the scene and found a man with a head injury.
He was taken to hospital for treatment where his injuries were assessed as non life threatening.
No arrests have been made as police enquires continue.
A spokesperson for Metropolitan Police said: “A man was taken to hospital with a head injury after calls to a fight in The Broadway, junction with Dane Road, at around 18:40hrs on 21 August.
“His condition is not life-threatening.
“There have been no arrests.”
