Man rushed to hospital with head injuries after suspected GBH in Wealdstone

A man has been arrested on suspicion of GBH after a man was found with head injuries in the early hours of this morning (7 November) in Wealdstone. 

The incident happened at around 2:00am as police cordoned off part of the high street. A man believed to be aged in his 30s was rushed to hospital.

Met Police told Harrow Online: “Police were called at approximately 02:15hrs on Saturday, 7 November to reports of an assault in Locket Road, junction with High Road, Wealdstone.

“Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man, believed aged in his 30s, suffering a head injury. He has been taken to hospital where he remains – his condition is not life threatening.

“One man – no further details – was arrested at the scene on suspicion of GBH and remains in custody.

“Enquiries into the circumstances continue.”
