Mostly Mozart

Stanmore Choral Society announces its Spring 2022 Concert, entitled ‘Mainly Mozart’  on Sunday March 20th 2022 at 6.30pm. at St Mary the Virgin church HA3 8EJ which is just off the Kenton Road at its junction with St Leonards Avenue. The programme consists of Mozart’s delightful Coronation Mass K317 and his short but beautiful anthem Ave Verum. The Mozart is complemented by Vivaldi’s Gloria  and Haydn’s Insanae et vanae  curae. The Choir is conducted by James Mooney Dutton accompanied by Paul Ayres on the organ. The soloists  for this concert are Tara Bungard (Soprano), Lucy Taylor (Mezzo soprano), Nicholas Keay (Tenor) and  Charles Potts (Bass). Tickets are available on the door at £15 children 16 and under, free. Tickets can also be booked on-line via www.wegottickets.com/stanmorechoral where tickets for this concert cost £13.

Please speak to a choir member at the concert, contact us via the website www.stanmore-choral.org.uk or come to a rehearsal at St William of York church hall, 25 Du Cros Drive, Stanmore, HA7 4TJ at 7.45 pm on a Monday evening during term time.
