McCarthy Stone Invites Harrow Retirees to Raise a Glass at Randolph House Summer Garden Party

15 July @ 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

Homeowners at McCarthy Stone’s Randolph House Retirement Living Plus development on Northwick Park Road will be celebrating the start of the summer with a garden party on Thursday 15th July and local retirees are invited to join the event to raise a glass to brighter days ahead.

All are welcome to visit Randolph House from 12-4pm, for the garden party, which will be managed according to social distancing guidelines and with everyone’s safety a priority.  Guests can relax and enjoy a glass or two of Pimms or Prosecco in the landscaped gardens. There will also be an opportunity for visitors to find out more about McCarthy Stone and how they could be living their retirement years to the full at Randolph House.

Randolph House, exclusively for the over 70s, is a vibrant and welcoming community, featuring a collection of stylish, low maintenance privately-owned apartments.  Homeowners the  development can make the most of their independence while also having the peace of mind that comes with being surrounded by like-minded individuals.

Julie Ward, National Sales Director for McCarthy Stone, said: “The summer months are finally here and this year they have brought with them a renewed sense of freedom and optimism.  We wanted to capture this at Randolph House and host a garden party where we could take the opportunity to welcome the wider community back to our developments for a long-awaited celebration.

“We are planning a get together where homeowners and local people can have fun and socialise – albeit from a safe distance – while they relax in our beautiful grounds with a glass of fizz in hand.  Our friendly team will be on hand throughout the event to provide tours of our stunning show complex and to answer any questions our guests may have about the lifestyle they could be enjoying at a McCarthy Stone development.”

Prices for a one and two-bedroom apartment at Randolph House currently start from £372,950 and £494,995 respectively. Flexible solutions are also available at the development including rental and part-buy part-rent options.

More than nine out of 10 customers would recommend McCarthy Stone to a friend, ensuring it has received the full Five Star award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for 16 years’ running.  McCarthy Stone is the only UK housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade for 16 consecutive years, which is every year the awards have been run.

McCarthy Stone also received the Housebuilder Special Recognition Award 2020 for working hard to protect its customers – Covid-19 infection rates among homeowners are significantly below the national rate of infection across all age groups – and for innovation in the retirement sector.
